Ralph McGinley, has over 40 years experience as a financial manager in the investment banking business. He has accumulated a unique versatility of skills and experience having placed billions of dollars of capital into both the Public and Private Sectors, and in the Non-Profit Industry. Having been shaped by many talented individuals from some of the finest regional and national investment banks in the country, as well as the brightest corporate market participants that exist anywhere, Mr. McGinley founded Rain Street Advisors, LLC in January 2014 to leverage that experience. He currently serves as Principal of the firm. Rain Street offers numerous seasoned advisors whose participation may vary dependent upon the objectives and capital access challenges posed by each individual project.

Use of Asset Monetization to allow the Public Sector to develop cash positions from non ad valorum sources; develop and apply “off balance sheet” techniques to Public and Non-Profit Project Finance use tax-exempt debt structures for Non-Profit owners.
Mr. McGinley is a native of Washington, DC and Indianapolis, IN and received his BA in Economics from Wittenberg University, as well as an MBA from The University of Toledo. From 1967 to 1970, he served in the U.S. Navy. Currently, Mr. McGinley resides with his wife of 50 years in North Oaks, MN.
